FCRA / FACTA Problems

The FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and FACTA (Fair & Accurate Credit Transactions Act) are US federal laws that are designed to protect consumers from the negligent practices of Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRA) or credit bureaus.
